Springalicious Easter Smoothies

I came across these Easter-inspired smoothies that I’m sure your kids will enjoy – I must say that I enjoyed them too! It’s a great way to include some fruits and veggies into your kids’ diet.

I made two smoothies but have included a couple more recipes.

Step 1: Decorate the cups

Materials Needed:

  • Glue (I used hot glue)
  • Black sharpie
  • Pom poms
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Option: Googly eyes or you could draw on the eyes which I did

Optional: You can make ears for your smoothie cups. (If you’re making the orange smoothie, you could use carrot sticks)

Step 2: Make the smoothie

Purple Smoothie One (I made this one)

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • Optional: Honey (to taste)

Purple Smoothie Two

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of blackberries
  • Optional: Honey (to taste)

Yellow Smoothie

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks

Orange Smoothie

  • 1  cup milk
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Green Smoothie

  • 1  cup milk
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Pink Smoothie One

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Pink Smoothie Two (I made this one. I added honey to this one as it is tart.)

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • Honey: To taste

Enjoy!
