Blueberry Popsicles

I’m always on the look out for easy-to-make, nutritional snacks that we all can enjoy. Spencer especially loves ice-cream so when I came across this recipe, I thought I’d try it and see if my ice-cream loving boy would enjoy it.

Materials Needed:

  • Skewers
  • Blueberries (you could try other fruit as well)
  • Greek yogurt (I used vanilla Greek yogurt)
  • Parchment paper or foil
  • Baking sheet

Step 1: Thread the blueberries onto the skewer

Step 2: Dip the skewer into the Greek yogurt

Step 3: Place onto a lined baking sheet

 

Step 4: Place in the freezer until the yogurt has hardened (I left mine in for three hours which was more than enough time)
