Growing up, whenever we went to McDonald’s, I would usually get a Big Mac. Maybe it was the size, or maybe the flavor, who knows, but it was always my first choice. I finally learned my lesson after it would make me feel bloated and full to the brim after eating it.
A couple of months ago, I came across a recipe for a Big Mac salad. I saved it, hoping to make it one day for dinner but didn’t. Last week, I put it on our meal plan, David made it and I LOVED it, my kids did as well. It tasted exactly like the burger but it was a lot lighter – without the bun. Needless to say, we’ll be having it for dinner again this coming week. It’s that good!
